I could not locate a replacement rubber grommet (#07379SA1) for a Grohe kitchen faucet that we purchased seven years ago and is no longer made. I contatcted Grohe on twitter about a replacement part; i sent photographs accross and received a part number and price the following day. While he was doing this I thought I would see if I could get one through GROHE. Never been touched or moved in any way since install.
Fixed the shower in no time and was friendly and polite. All rights reserved. My Grohe kitchen tap is less than two years and the base ring has started bubbling.

This was outstanding customer service and I am a customer for life. I will always use Grohe. We have had all of the water off to the entire first floor of our house, just because Grohe can not send a replacement part straight out to a customer that trusted the brand. I've been trying to get the sense guard water meter working in order to write a tech review for a magazine, but so far I haven't even been able to log into my account.

A few e mails exchanged including photos of receipts and the shower and the next day a phone call from the engineer to say he could come and do it the next day. The faucet was very, very expensive when I bought it. I wish I'd read some of these reviews before purchasing an expensive grohe kitchen tap. I called Grohe and spoke with a the very helpful lady that answers the phone at their shop in Roselle, IL. Spoke to a representative (Jason) who was most helpful. Hoses are integral to faucet and non replaceable.

I have a 'four hole' Grohe Eurostyle bath mixer set up. Basically, the thermostatic control is leaking; when the chrome tap cover is removed, there is a black plastic splined 'adjusting nut' (Grohe's description) which screws onto the thermostatic cartridge.
Basically it was very hard to twist on and then the handle sheared off!!
