I have been more than patient but it is still appalling to receive such replies. A week later, I received an email that the Urban Outfitters desk shipped and could not be cancelled.

They are not able to help with any real issues and claim there is no one who is able to override the basic limitations on there website in order compensate for their mistakes. I’ve contacted UO 3 times about this issue and they’ve said they can’t help me my bank said that if they don’t take payment it should bounce back into my account but until then I’m without money or my order. Noone will respond from customer service, and it is Christmas Eve. Have spent 2 hours calling/messaging/emailing so far. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I used to buy regularly from UO online store, until today. 1st purchase and never again. I’m at a new place in a new city and was depending on those clothes. I have ordered household and decor items from UO many times, with mixed results. If you spend at least $50 on an online order, then online returns are free. They are often backordered on stock, which means it can take many weeks to receive something. I wrote several times, and each time I was told 24-72 hours someone would contact me.
I have exchanged today at least 6 email with the Customer Service only to be asked again what my order number was and what I have returned. The jeans fit nice and the quality was great. So i ask for a refund and showed my transaction id and get it back after a week. Yikes.
So I went on the website and picked an item out to purchase. There's no way to make ANY adjustments to your order after it was placed and no one will help you. Here's my story.
However, I do hate paying for shipping even though most/all of my orders are over $50.
However i was sorely mistaken when half of my order was put on hold for shipping confirmation due to them asking for a purchase code on my bank statement and that i needed to call my bank so that they could my order through. Just choose a design, load an amount ranging from £10 to £1,000, check out, and Urban Outfitters will do the rest. Not proud to say I was a loyal one, had been for nearly 10 years, but sometimes I'd see some things I loved and I'd cave. Awful in every respect Its making me avoid shopping online there because shipping is so slow.
Spoke with customer service via chat and they were not able to reduce shipping. Last night I placed a rather large order and while the money came out of my bank (not pending, paid) I hadn't received an order confirmation or number. Urban Outfitters also ranks 51st among General Apparel sites. I was asking about a return and I recieved immediate help and am very satisfied by how I was treated and spoken to.

I was told that the "lost package request" had been denied, and the items would not be reshipped because UO would not be reimbursed for the lost package. I was so excited for my order but when I went to pick the package up, the delivery driver left it in a bad spot in the rain and it was soaked and half the things were ruined. Express should be £5.00 to purchase on orders below that threshold. They put up products and items that they do not even have and people wait and wait for their orders to arrive only to be disappointed months later. Contacted their live chat twice and they told me they cannot confirm if the item was even received. I have sent them 3 emails and have heard no response back at all. I was surprised since I thought rewards expire in 60 days at midnight PST. I ordered something from them and it did not come (although it showed as having come to my residence).

I placed an online order and just hours later I got an email that they were having a one-day sale on everything. Nothing to complain about except I wish I would have sized down. Placed an order and the second shipment was claimed to have been delivered when it in fact never was.
I did not get that email, but I would err on the side of caution...Mine took a few weeks - but that was to Australia.
