Reply BUY some mushrooms in a grocery store, chop them up real fine and toss them is some boiled straw in a canning bottle with a coffee filter over the top when finished held on by the Canning ring. Wait to see which spots aren't contaminated, cut them out, and move them to a different agar plate.
