What you choose depends on the recipe and time you have available. Can I do it? MSC is fairly transparent, so you can find documents on any specific certified fishery you want.TLDR; I would probably feel fine eating Aldi's Ahi tuna, and I mostly trust the MSC mark. Its all caveated with 'Only if its flash frozen at -20c for 7 days'.
